What's the difference between Beard Oil and Beard Balm? +
Think of Beard Oil as a daily moisturizer — it stops the itch, hydrates the skin, and softens the beard. Beard Balm adds light hold and deeper conditioning on top of that. Use Oil daily for health, Balm when you need styling and extra control.
Will your products help my beard grow? +
While no product can change your genetics, a healthy beard starts with healthy skin. Our oils and washes are designed to unclog pores, moisturize the skin beneath, and strengthen the hair shaft — creating the ideal environment for your beard to grow its best.
How often should I use Beard Wash? +
We recommend using Fuzzy Face Beard Wash 5–6 times a week. Over-washing can strip natural oils. On non-wash days, a rinse with warm water is all you need to keep things fresh.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? +
Absolutely. We use premium, high-quality ingredients designed to nourish, not irritate. If you have extremely sensitive skin, test a small amount on your wrist first — just to be safe.
How much product should I use? +
A little goes a long way. For Beard Balm, start with a dime-sized amount — warm it between your palms and work it through your beard. For Beard Oil, 3–5 drops is usually enough for most beard lengths.
Can I use Beard Balm and Beard Oil together? +
Yes! Apply Beard Oil first to moisturize the skin and soften the hair, then follow with Beard Balm for hold and styling. This combo gives you the best of both worlds — maximum hydration with great control.
How long does shipping take? +
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over $50. We currently ship within the USA only.

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account dashboard.
